WP Asset Manager is made up of three main parts.
The first is the utility that allows the administrator to add the file path of custom JS files to load, and then allowing him to setup the order in which these scripts will load.
The second part does the same thing, but for CSS stylesheets.
The third and most important part of the plugin is a simple metabox added to each post/page editing section which allows the administrator to activate on a post/page basis which CSS and JS files to load, along with optional plugin resources.
All in all a pretty simple to use plugin that if configured and used correctly will greatly increase a site's loading speed and responsiveness.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
